Whitetail Advisors is a virtual firm of independent advisors and consultants available to large firms on a subcontract basis. Our Affiliates bring significant experience from a variety of industries, including Aviation, Aerospace and Defense, Manufacturing, Automotive, Transportation and Logistics, Travel and Hospitality, Financial Services, Retail, Health Care, and Energy, Oil and Gas.

We work directly with industry-focused Partners and Engagement Managers at large firms to deliver specialized depth and advisory know-how for projects and pursuits. We may already have an MSA with your Firm.

Whitetail Advisors is continuously seeking experienced advisors from aviation, A&D, manufacturing, energy, logistics, and related high-stakes industries to join our team of Affiliates. We offer a proven method of engaging Partners and Enagegement Managers at target firms on meaningful challenges and opportunities. Work is typically in-depth and agenda-shaping at end clients, with full flexibility on availability.

  • For you, initially Whitetail is about exposure. Once we learn about your capabilities, experience and behavioral profile, we can match you onto projects with our Partners that you’d otherwise not hear about. The on-boarding process is designed to let us get to know you once and to introduce you repeatedly to our Partners. By the time you have a project call with a Partner, you’ll know that you’re a match, that the Partner’s team is interested, and that you’re one of only a few that we propose for each role.
  • Once on-board, Whitetail is about simplicity. We designed our administrative process to be hyper-streamlined. Use a best-of-breed app to enter your time and expenses, and we take it from there. No invoicing, no chasing the firm for payment, a single 1099 at tax time from Whitetail regardless of the number of firms and projects you’ve worked on.
